B2B SaaS · 24/7 connected lockers · Okole Live OS

Computer repair made fast, transparent and available everywhere

Okole gives every repair shop — from the sole trader to the franchise network — the tools of a large company: management software, a Bayesian diagnostic engine that orders the tests, and connected lockers where customers drop off and collect their device at any hour.

The market

Three frictions, one journey

The computer repair market runs into the same obstacles everywhere.

Information asymmetry

Customers can judge neither the fault nor the quote. Okole shows calibrated probabilities and the trace of every test.

Opening hours

Drop-off and collection are confined to business hours. Connected lockers open repair around the clock.

Slow diagnosis

Manual tests, parts ordered blind. The engine picks the test that yields the most information per minute.

The product

Three pillars

Okole SaaS

Tickets, CRM, quotes, invoicing, stock, analytics, customer portal

Repairer benefit
Centralised management, less paperwork
End-customer benefit
Real-time tracking, clear quotes

Okole Live OS

Signed, RAM-booted system that collects hardware state

Repairer benefit
Diagnosis in minutes, standardised report
End-customer benefit
No personal data read or modified

24/7 lockers

Secure cells with single-use codes, evidence camera, backup connectivity

Repairer benefit
Intake outside opening hours, shorter counter queues
End-customer benefit
Drop off and collect at any hour

End to end

A typical repair journey

Eight steps, each with a measurable target duration.

  1. Request

    < 2 minCustomer

Fault described in plain words, matched semantically against history

  2. Booking

    < 5 sPlatform

A cell and a single-use code valid for 24 hours are assigned

  3. Drop-off

    < 3 minCustomer / locker

Time-stamped, signed condition photos, confirmed by the customer

  4. Collection

    ≤ 4 working hoursRepairer

Batched pick-up along an optimised route

  5. Diagnosis

    15 to 30 minTechnician + Live OS

Automated tests, fault probabilities, suggested parts

  6. Quote

    < 1 hPlatform

Automatic quote, online approval and payment by the customer

  7. Repair

Work carried out, exit tests, quality report

  8. Return

Impact

What repair avoids, and what it costs

Extending a device's life is one of the most effective digital actions. Provided both columns are counted.

362,518t CO2e

Net avoided emissions in year 5

Tonnes avoided per tonne emitted
50 : 1
Electronic waste avoided over five years
7,167 t
Gross avoidance before additionality
616,497 t CO2e
Own emissions: hosting, lockers, collection rounds
− 7,380 t CO2e

Explicit assumptions, recomputed on every load. A life-cycle assessment will refine them.

How this figure is established

Three requirements keep it honest. Only the additional repairs Okole makes possible are counted: a repair that would have happened elsewhere is not attributable to it. Own emissions — hosting, steel lockers, collection rounds — are subtracted. And both columns, avoided and emitted, are published together: showing only the first is the most common form of greenwashing.

Our commitments

What we promise, and what we do not

A global project gets read by investors, auditors and regulators. Every claim has to be verifiable.

What we promise, and what we do not
Wording droppedTechnical realityCommitment kept
"Quantum" optimisationNo quantum computer is needed or cost-effective for this problem.A classical multi-criteria optimiser the repairer can actually follow.
Travelling salesman for supplier choiceChoosing a supplier is an assignment problem, not a routing one.Two separate modules: supply selection and collection routing.
"Theoretically unbreakable" codesNo system is unbreakable; a six-digit code stays six digits long.Per-locker derived key, lockout after five attempts, second factor, quantified risk.
"Infallible" architectureEvery system has an error rate; the point is to measure and bound it.Published SLOs, an error budget, and a release freeze when it runs out.

Privacy

Your data, plainly

Okole processes as little as possible, never reads your files, and honours your rights without delay.

What Okole processes

  • Your contact details, to reach you about the repair
  • The device entrusted and its condition, to repair it
  • The diagnostic's hardware measurements — temperature, memory, disk

What Okole never reads

  • Your documents, photos, emails and passwords
  • The device's serial number

Your rights, already in place

Access

Get a copy of all your data.

Erasure

Have your personal data anonymised.

Retention

Your contact details are erased automatically after the necessary period.

The full privacy policy — identity of the data controller and data protection officer — will be published at the platform's launch.

Try the engine, not the pitch

The Bayesian diagnostic runs in your browser, with no account and no data leaving the page. Pick a device, answer a few tests, and watch the probabilities move.
